  • Orders ship within 2–5 business days.
  • Large/custom orders may take longer.
  • U.S. shipping: Free on orders over $100.
  • Expedited options available at checkout.
Exchanges & Store Credit
  • Because every piece is hand-made to order, we offer exchanges or store credit only. Refunds are not available.
  • Window: Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging.
  • Final Sale: Custom and personalized pieces cannot be exchanged.

Lifetime Restring Warranty

We proudly offer a lifetime restring warranty on all JAM Jewels bracelets.

  • If your bracelet ever breaks or stretches out from normal wear, we’ll restring it at no charge.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping both ways.
  • Warranty does not cover lost jewelry or damage from chemicals/accidents.
